Tecnove Security offers a complete solution for the transport and custody of explosives.  This product line includes one of the most developed and efficient manufacturing processes which complies with all current regulations and offers the following advantages:

Three product lines – trucks, body shells and containers – are used for the transport of explosives in accordance with clients’ requirements.

The transport of explosives is governed by the legislation dated 23 April 1997, in compliance with Act 23/1992 dated 30 July, on private security and the European agreement concerning the international road transport of dangerous goods (ADR).

TRUCKS
The trucks maintain the same exterior appearance with a distinguishing sign.

The truck interior is lined with fire-resistant materials and aluminium, the vehicle equipment is protected as necessary and it integrates all the complementary security systems required by the ADR regulation.

BODY SHELLS
The body shells on vehicles transporting explosives are comprised of a box-like structure made of fire-resistant materials which is mounted on a cabin chassis with a large double rear door and bolt lock. Should it be necessary, a cooling system can be incorporated to provide correct temperature and humidity conditions.

CONTAINERS
The standard containers which can measure 10 or 20 feet are finished on the outside in aluminium and/or a fire-resistant material, in accordance with the needs of the client. They have a type of twist lock clamp and, as an option, access for fork-lift trucks.
