In order to offer greater cover, the coordination centre is based at the Herencia plant and has delegations in different areas of Spain. This enables quick and efficient actions when periodical and sporadic incidents occur.

The telephone system for notifications is prepared to receive and coordinate customer requests. The programmes used to computerise the requests and to start the action process has been devised to solve, in record time, all technical assistance needs.
